In comparison the original 5402 Royal Oak it wears much heftier in thickness while being smaller in diameter. The Day-Date functionality is also a key differentiator and adds an additional dimension to the watch. This specific owl sports an unpolished case with super sharp and thick beveled lugs. The early variants of this reference sport a non-luminous dial and hands. The white dial is still very bright and free of discoloration and blemishes commonly found on these early owl’s.
