1969 Rolex 1675 /8 Gold Nipple Dial GMT

It’s safe to say that these have definitely climbed with their 5 digit siblings but as they were made in far fewer numbers, they have gone a bit under the radar as prime well kept examples are being tucked away in major collections. Out of all the gold GMT’s we feel the nipple dial rootbeer is our favorite gold sports model from Rolex. Proportions and heft balance out nicely as is the matte dial oxblood colored dial. If we have to explain the beauty of this piece, it is probably not for you.

The case is likely unpolished with perhaps a sleeve polish from years of being worn however the original chamfers are fat and thick as they should be for a 1675 of this age. The dial is a nipple dial oxblood that is complimented by a nice brown faded insert with silver text.
