Description: The Lange 1815 with its 39.5mm Pink Gold case can be considered the perfect size dress watch. The MK2 Chronograph is considered by many Lange collectors the purist form of this legendary movement. The MK2 forgoes the Pulsations markings that can the dial seem very cluttered and busy. The roman numerals has beautiful negative space to breathe and the silver dial pairs beautifully with the blued hands and pink Gold case. The MK3 dial eventually brought back the pulsations markings making the MK2 truly unique and stand out from the chronograph offering.

If we were only to speak about the dial we would be missing the iceberg hidden beneath the water. The claim to fame for Lange is its intricate movement often praised for its 3D layering effect with. This movement built off the datograph movement forgoes the date display and offers the same gorgeous finishing in a thinner package then the chunkier Dato version.
