Description: This 1991 16618 dial is a shapeshifter. These dials that came in this reference submariner have often changed colors depending on the angle of the viewer. We have seen crazy shifts from deep blue to purple, however the other color shift that appears in certain 16618’s are the pastel light blue dials that shifted from a deeper blue to an almost mexico blue reminiscent of the famed Porsche color. 

This 16618 is a standout as the case appear to have been recently polished to bring back the original beveling.
