Description:  Believed to have been made for only a few years, the “Triple-Zero” exists as a rare example of White Gold Surround Submariners. The 168000 is a transitional watch and the first Submariner reference to utilize 904L, a steel whose alloy resists corrosion to a greater degree compared to ref. 16800 316L graded predecessors. Within this 168000 is one of the most amazing tropical dials we’ve had the pleasure to home. Exposed beneath the black paint is a woodland patterned donegal fleckling, whose unaffected Rolex print and Submariner text seem to float above the dial. We rarely come across something so well patinated.
