Description: There exist a small batch of dials that turn cream mostly in the 16550 series of Explorer 2’s and some in the 16570 series of watches. These start off like any other white dial Explorer except over the years the paint on the dial reacts to UV / Radiation / Moisture / Heat etc and can turn into a gorgeous tropical cream dial. This one has a hue of velvety mascarpone and even looks almost khaki in color in direct sun. The case is unpolished it seems and the hands appear a couple of shades lighter which is normal for this era of watches.
