Description: The 16030 is a great reference by itself however the peak of the 16030 are the blue roman dials, otherwise commonly referred to as Buckley dials. These dials came with white roman numerals and also a white handset. I can’t think of any other reference that Rolex included OEM white hands but there can’t be many. This one includes a beautiful thick case on Jubilee bracelet.
