Description: we honestly think the Rootbeer GMT is the spiritual and cultural watch of the 70’s for Rolex. It is unapologetic with its bold brown and gold tones. This unpolished example has a very unique nipple dial that is exhibiting deep mahogany brown tones in the rootbeer dial.  We are very fond of the two tone GMT’s of this era as its distinctly a product of its times.  Bracelet is very tight and is a stand out feature here. Hands and dial are original tritium and are nicely aged. Full service was recently completed on this watch.
