Description: The Datejust can be argued as the continental buffet of dial configurations out of any Datejust model. The variety and freedom Rolex designers had to experiment with different colors, finishes and even luminous and non luminous materials largely was done specifically for the Datejust lineup. In this example we have a non-luminous dial with black paint indices and hands. This matching set is seldomly seen and gives a monochromatic look to the Datejust. This is similar to the CERN dials that were made on the 1019 Milgauss as the scientists and lab technicians could not have any radioactive lume that could potentially alter the date of its studies. The case on this piece is in excellent shape and appears nearly unpolished

Dial: Non luminous black paint w/ matching hands

Insert: Engine Turned Steel

Hands: Black paint hands

Case: Excellent appearing nearly unpolished

Bracelet: Jubilee
