Description: We are the biggest fan of 34mm sized Rolex’s. the 1500 is the classic example of this size and this specific watch could be a case study on a classic 1500. These 34mm watches wear bigger than their size might suggest and we think it wears more like a 35-36mm watch. As the trend of watch sizing comes down, easily seen in the popularity in smaller Cartier Tanks, Vacheron’s etc, we think these mid sized Oyster Perpetuals are tremendous value and fun from an otherwise serious watchmaker.

This 1500 is one of the cleanest 1500’s we’ve ever had in. The case is very thick and sports the original crystal profile. More importantly , the dial color and variant is rarely seen as its the rarer darker battle ship grey tone. Lume plots are near pumpkin and color and the bracelet has very little play.
