1968 Rolex 5513 Meters First “Kissing 40” Submariner w/ Box & Paper

Description: A Submariner’s Depth Rating indicates range of sustainable use which Rolex, until the early 1970’s, gave Europe’s Metric Meters primacy over Imperial Feet. But as the monarch’s main audience shifted, so too did its order. This 5513 “Meters First” is an example preceding change whose dial is in great condition and lume has softly saturated paired with a rare “Kissing 40” Mega Fat Font insert. Case comes excellent and has seen a previous polish, though remains thick. Comes complete with box and paper.
