Description: The “Fat Lady” moniker is given to this 16760 reference which happens to be the first appearance of the coke bezel. The nickname was attributed to the increased case size around the lugs and crown guards as well as the overall thickness height of the case. Produced for only a few years and only in a coke bezel variant, these watches were overlooked in the past. Not only does the case size give the watch a completely different feel when compared to their thin counterparts, the coke bezel separates any confusion one may have mistaking it for a regular pepsi GMT.
This watch in particular has a very thick case that has been lightly polished in the past but still retains its bevels and thick even case. The lume is a light yellow lume and its gloss dial is free from visible patina.
